Timings and Personal Bests

To enable the progress of each swimmer to be measured we like to regularly measure performance.  This section is where some of these timings will be shown.

For instance the T10/T15 shows how far swimmers can swim in 10 or 15 minutes, and is a good guide to stamina/endurance.  In certain sessions we may also time groups of swimmers on the speed of their turns (time from 5m flags-to wall-to 5m flags), the speed of starts (time taken to reach 12.5m)

 You will need to be able to have either Excel or an Excel viewer (Viewer is available as a free download from Microsoft website) to see this information.

The Current Personal Best (pb) link is a record of swimmers current times.  This is password protected, please email pb@newarksc.co.uk with you & swimming member name for details of the password.  If you need to update current pb's, for instance with Open Meet results, then also email this address.
