04/07/10	The Club Records have just been updated with four new records. These have all been set by Ruth Money, and are for 100 Backstroke and 100 Fly swims. Fantastic swims to break some excellent existing records. Records can be viewed in the timings section of the site.
04/07/10	We did some 50 FC timings for swimmers at this Sunday morning session. Please visit the timings section to view the results for the younger swimmers. Well worth a look as some big pb's were set.

20/06/10	An excellent performance last night saw us take 2nd place at the Hansard Gala. A total of 5 wins and 4 new personal bests. Well done to all swimmers and helpers. Click here to view the results.

11/06/10	We managed to put many swimmers through to the Nova trial at the end of last month. Well done to all who went to the trial, and especially to Jake, Jacob, Joe, Emma and Elliott who were selected. Nova were very impressed with the standard of all of our swimmers.
04/06/10	For Saturdays gala, the bus will leave The Grove at 5.30, to travel to Bramcote for a 6.30 warm up, 7pm start.
29/05/10	The pb list has been updated to roll forward to show county times for 2011. Shading is used to show whether swimmers have the likely time, and whether they are close. Please note that the times are not published until later in the year so may vary. Visit the timing section to view.

26/05/10	Just a reminder that there is no swimming on Monday 31st May, as it is a Bank Holiday. However swimming continues as normal on Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

16/04/10	The Age Group Champs are taking place in the large pool on Monday 19th and Monday 26th, 6.30 warm up for a 7.00 start. This replaces normal training, so only swimmers entered will be swimming on these two dates. The small pool will continue to operate as normal during these two weeks.

21/03/10	The final events of the Counties took place this weekend. More fantastic swims, with 91 personal bests, 5 wins, 26 top 3 placings and 13 Midland qualifying times. Visit the results section to view them.

10/03/10	Please could all swimmers make sure possessions are secured in a locker, or your swim bag bought onto poolside, due to a number of thefts recently at The Grove.
