New Club Squad System Launches 5th October 2023!

Our new Club Squad System launches on 5th October 2023, designed to be inclusive to all members and to support in achieving their goals.
It allows flexibility in the number of sessions and will help swimmers increase their fitness and improve their skills. There is no expectation or pressure for swimmers to compete, but plenty of opportunities and support will be provided for swimmers that are interested in doing so.
New Thursday night swim times and squad names are below:-
Skills Squad - 6.00 - 7.00 pm
Development Squad - 7.00pm - 8.00 pm
Masters Squad - 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm
Fitness Squad - 8.15 - 9.15 pm
County Performance Squad - 8.00 - 9.15 pm
