Medal Table

One of the most rewarding and visible roles — you get to see the swimmers’ proud moments up close.

Refreshment Duty

A vital and very popular role.

Gala Sponsorship (More Info)

Raffle Coordinator

Description: Source fantastic raffle prizes from local businesses and supporters, sell tickets before and during the gala, draw the winners, and hand over proceeds to the treasurer. This is a fun and sociable role with great potential to raise significant funds.

Raffles regularly raise hundreds of pounds that go straight back into the club.

What Our Volunteers Say

"I started as a Timekeeper with no experience at all. The training was excellent and the team made me feel so welcome. Now I love being part of the galas — it's great fun and you really feel you're helping the kids achieve their best."

"Doing the Medal Table is one of my favourite jobs. Seeing the smiles on the kids' faces when they get their medals makes every early start worthwhile. It's a lovely, friendly role and perfect if you're new to volunteering."

"As Team Manager I get to be more involved in their swimmers competitions. The training and support from the club has been brilliant. It's a bigger commitment but incredibly rewarding."
