How to Arrange Your Free Trial

Trying us out is simple and pressure-free!

Fill in your Trial Request details (name, age, current swimming ability, any experience, and goals).
For under 18s: We'll email you (or your parent/guardian) to confirm date & time.
Trial sessions are held regularly:
- Thursdays – our main club night
- Sunday mornings
Introduction to Masters or Masters Squad? You'll join a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday session.

After your trial: Come to one extra free session. We'll give honest feedback and recommend the best squad.

Deciding to Join – Easy Next Steps

If you love it (most people do!):

Let us know you're interested – we'll confirm your squad.
Complete the online membership pack via Swim Club Manager (health questionnaire + Code of Conduct).
Not ready yet? Take one extra week of taster sessions.
First payment only due when you officially join.

Our coaches regularly review squads so every swimmer progresses and enjoys training.

Quick FAQs

How old do you need to be?

Trials usually start from age 6+. Contact us for younger swimmers.

Do you need to be compete?

No, there is no requirement to compete, but we do take swimmers to open, county, regional, and national competitions.

How do you support beginners or returning swimmers?

We're very welcoming to newcomers! You'll get extra attention during trials, technique tips, and often a "buddy" from your lane. Many of our members started later in life or after long breaks. - Progress happens quickly with consistency.

Do you offer para-swimming?

Yes – we are inclusive. Just include details in your trial request.

What are the costs?

Competitive club fees – Starting from £ ??.00 up to £ ??.00 depending on your squad and number of sessions
