Long Course Training – Loughborough University
A number of our County Performance, Development and Fitness Squads took part in the Long Course Training at Loughborough University on the 14th April. The pool is 50 metres long and gave them the experience of training in a longer pool. Training sets were delivered by the NSC coaching team and all attendees had a great experience. More training sessions are being planned so if you are interested and are in the above mentioned squads, please talk to Head Coach Adam for more information.
