Your Swimming Pathway in Newark

We offer coaching for a wide range of abilities, with lessons in our  Learn to Swim  squad in the small pool through to our  Masters  squad (18+) for adults looking to maintain fitness or return to competitive swimming.

Our flexable  Squads  system supports your individual goals. Whether you are swimming for fitness, friendship, or a new "personal best," we have a lane for you. Join us, request a   Free Trial 

No Pressure: Enjoy your training at your own pace. There is no expectation to compete, though full support is provided for those who wish to - from home club galas, through to Notts County and East Midlands Regional competition level, there is something for everyone.

Our Base: Our main club night is Thursday, with additional sessions throughout the week at Newark Sports & Fitness Centre, NK North Hykeham and Dukeries, Ollerton. View training  Times & Locations
