Volunteering

The Newark Swimming Club adheres to the principles of recognising and rewarding volunteers.

The Club prides itself on retention of its volunteers, many of whom no longer have a sibling swimming at the club or indeed have a second generation of child swimmer. Others joined the club at the learn to swim level and are now actively imparting their knowledge and continued enthusiasm through teaching and coaching new emerging swimmers.

We welcome anyone who is keen and rely on volunteers to meet all of our aims. We work to ensure that we always have a sufficient number of highly qualified volunteers working within our club.Where posts require specialist knowledge the club, where possible, can support with training and mentoring.
