A great weekend at the East Midlands Regional Championships.
Lucia Chivers represented the club fantastically on both days. Achieving a new long course PB in 100m Freestyle, taking her to 4th in the Nottinghamshire Swim England rankings along with her recent short course 50m Freestyle number 1 rank.
It was fantastic for the coaching team and all involved with the club to see the Orange & Black of #TeamNewark and hear the club announced at this level of competition.
