Newark Swimming Club is pleased to invite all members and parents to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

All members and parents are invited to attend to review Committee reports, elect officers and Committee members, and discuss club fees for 2027.

The AGM will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. A meeting link, AGM reports and previous AGM minutes will be emailed a few days before the meeting to current Committee members and everyone who confirms attendance.

Committee Vacancies

We currently have several Committee vacancies and would welcome anyone interested in helping shape the future of Newark Swimming Club. Further details can be discussed with a current Committee member.

Secretary

Organise Committee meetings and the AGM, take minutes, and circulate meeting documentation.

Head Coach Admin Assistant

Assist Head Coach Adam with occasional administration tasks and general support.

Grants & Sponsorship

Research grant opportunities, prepare applications and seek sponsorship opportunities. This role could be shared by two volunteers.

General Committee Member

Attend Committee meetings, contribute to decisions and support club activities where possible.

Anyone wishing to join the Committee must confirm by email on or before 1 November 2026.
