Your Swimming Pathway

From Learn to Swim through to competitive squads and Masters — we have a place for every swimmer.

Small pool programme for beginners aged 6+. Build confidence and technique in a fun, supportive environment.

Development and performance squads. County, Regional and National pathway with excellent coaching.

Stay fit, improve technique, or return to competition. Flexible training for adults.

Main club night: Thursdays, Newark Sports & Fitness Centre

Additional sessions at:

Train at your own pace in a supportive environment. Full coaching support is available whether you want to compete or simply enjoy swimming.
